Terms of Service
These terms explain how Atlariem may be used and what customers can expect from the service.
# Atlariem Early Access Terms of Service
**Effective Date: June 17, 2026**
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Atlariem website, application, workspaces, software, features, documentation, and related services collectively referred to as the “Service.”
The Service is operated by **[Atlariem]**, doing business as Atlariem (“Atlariem,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accepting an invitation, creating an account, accessing a workspace, purchasing access, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf. In that case, “you” and “Customer” refer to that organization.
Do not access or use the Service if you do not agree to these Terms.
## 1. Invite-Only Early Access
Atlariem is currently an invite-only, early-access software platform.
Access is not generally available to the public. Atlariem may approve, deny, limit, suspend, or revoke invitations and early-access participation at its discretion, subject to any separately signed agreement.
An invitation:
* Is personal to the recipient or approved organization
* Does not guarantee permanent access
* May not be sold, transferred, or shared without permission
* Does not guarantee access to every feature shown in demonstrations, marketing materials, screenshots, or product plans
Atlariem may place limits on the number of users, workspaces, records, assets, exports, or other features available to an early-access Customer.
## 2. Early-Stage Product
You acknowledge that Atlariem is a new and actively developing product.
The Service may:
* Contain errors, defects, or incomplete features
* Change frequently
* Experience interruptions or performance issues
* Produce incomplete or inaccurate warnings, scores, recommendations, or reports
* Have features added, changed, restricted, or removed
* Lose compatibility with previous workflows or configurations
* Be unavailable during maintenance or development
Atlariem does not guarantee that early-access features will become generally available or remain available in their current form.
Feedback from early-access Customers may influence product development, but Atlariem is not required to implement any requested feature or change.
## 3. No Compliance Representation
Atlariem has not yet obtained formal security or compliance certifications.
Unless Atlariem expressly agrees otherwise in a written agreement signed by an authorized representative, Atlariem does not represent or warrant that the Service complies with any particular law, regulation, certification, framework, or industry standard, including:
* SOC 2
* ISO 27001
* HIPAA
* PCI DSS
* FedRAMP
* GDPR certification
* CCPA certification
* NIST certification
* Any customer-specific regulatory or procurement requirement
Customer is responsible for determining whether the Service is appropriate for its legal, regulatory, contractual, security, and business requirements.
Descriptions of planned security, privacy, audit, authentication, API, reporting, or compliance features are product plans only and are not current commitments.
## 4. Description of the Service
Atlariem provides tools that allow organizations to create and maintain records concerning business systems and operational resources.
Depending on the available features, Customers may record information concerning:
* Software and SaaS services
* Domains and websites
* Vendors
* Business owners
* Administrators
* Departments and teams
* Subscription costs
* Renewal dates
* Operational dependencies
* Verification activity
* Access coverage
* Business risks
* Other organizational assets and relationships
The Service may display warnings, health indicators, renewal notices, dependency views, verification reminders, or suggested actions based on information entered by Customer.
These outputs are informational only.
Atlariem does not guarantee that the Service will identify every system, owner, renewal, dependency, vulnerability, operational risk, compliance issue, or access problem within Customer’s organization.
The Service is not a substitute for professional legal, security, compliance, accounting, insurance, or risk-management advice.
## 5. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably current.
You are responsible for:
* Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
* Protecting devices used to access the Service
* Selecting appropriate workspace administrators
* Controlling who is invited to your workspace
* Removing access when a person no longer requires it
* All activity performed through your account or workspace
* Promptly notifying Atlariem of suspected unauthorized access
Each Authorized User should use an individual account. Account credentials may not be shared among multiple people.
You must notify Atlariem at **[security@atlariem.com](mailto:security@atlariem.com)** if you believe an account has been compromised.
## 6. Workspace Administration
Workspace owners and administrators may be able to:
* Invite and remove users
* Assign roles or permissions
* View and modify workspace records
* Export Customer Data
* Delete records
* Manage workspace settings
* Manage billing or subscription information
Customer is responsible for the administrators it appoints and the actions they take.
Atlariem is not responsible for internal disputes involving:
* Workspace ownership
* Administrator authority
* Employment status
* User permissions
* Ownership of records
* A former employee’s access
* Disagreements between members of the same organization
Atlariem may temporarily restrict access while investigating a reasonable workspace ownership or account-security dispute.
## 7. Customer Data
“Customer Data” means information, records, files, text, names, business details, organizational relationships, asset records, vendor records, renewal information, notes, and other content submitted to the Service by or for Customer.
As between Atlariem and Customer, Customer retains its rights in Customer Data.
Customer grants Atlariem a limited license to host, store, copy, process, transmit, back up, display, and otherwise use Customer Data only as reasonably necessary to:
* Provide the Service
* Maintain and secure the Service
* Prevent fraud or abuse
* Provide support
* Diagnose technical problems
* Comply with applicable law
* Enforce these Terms
Customer is responsible for ensuring that it has all necessary rights and permissions to submit Customer Data to the Service.
## 8. Restricted Information
Atlariem is an operational registry. It is not currently intended to function as a password manager, credential vault, secrets manager, medical-record system, payment-card vault, or storage location for highly sensitive regulated data.
You must not store the following in Atlariem unless Atlariem expressly enables and authorizes such storage in writing:
* Passwords
* Authentication codes
* Private encryption keys
* Full API keys or access tokens
* Recovery codes
* Credit card numbers
* Bank-account credentials
* Social Security numbers
* Government identification numbers
* Protected health information
* Biometric identifiers
* Highly sensitive personal information
* Information subject to specialized storage or compliance requirements
You may record that a credential, account, or API integration exists, along with its owner or storage location, but you should not place the actual secret or credential in Atlariem.
Customer is responsible for reviewing information before submitting it to the Service.
## 9. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to:
* Violate any applicable law or regulation
* Infringe another person’s intellectual-property or privacy rights
* Upload malicious software or harmful code
* Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or another workspace
* Test, scan, or probe the Service without prior written authorization
* Circumvent access controls or usage limits
* Interfere with the operation or security of the Service
* Impersonate another person or organization
* Submit information you do not have permission to use
* Harass, threaten, exploit, or harm another person
* Use the Service to conduct unlawful surveillance
* Resell or commercially redistribute the Service without permission
* Reverse engineer the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it
* Use automated tools to extract substantial amounts of information without authorization
* Use the Service to develop or train a directly competing product through systematic copying
Atlariem may investigate suspected misuse and may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, its users, or third parties.
## 10. Fees and Paid Access
Some early-access invitations may be free, while others may require payment.
Any applicable:
* Subscription fee
* Pilot fee
* Usage limit
* Billing schedule
* Contract period
* Renewal term
* Refund term
* Cancellation condition
will be disclosed through the applicable checkout page, invitation, proposal, invoice, Order Form, or other written agreement.
You authorize Atlariem and its payment processor to charge the payment method provided for agreed fees and applicable taxes.
Except where required by law or stated in a written agreement, fees already paid are nonrefundable.
Atlariem will not automatically renew a paid fixed-term pilot unless automatic renewal is disclosed before purchase or agreed to in writing.
Atlariem may change future pricing, but pricing changes will not retroactively alter fees already paid for an agreed access period.
## 11. Customer Responsibilities
Customer is responsible for:
* The accuracy and completeness of Customer Data
* Maintaining its own copies of important information
* Reviewing warnings and recommendations before acting on them
* Independently verifying renewal dates, costs, owners, and administrators
* Maintaining appropriate internal access controls
* Performing employee offboarding
* Managing vendor and software contracts
* Making final operational and business decisions
* Ensuring that use of the Service complies with Customer’s obligations
Customer should not rely on Atlariem as its only record of critical business information.
## 12. Data Export and Backups
Available export tools may vary by plan, invitation, and stage of product development.
Customer should periodically export or separately maintain copies of important Customer Data.
Atlariem may create backups for operational purposes, but does not guarantee that:
* Every record will always be recoverable
* Backups will be retained for a specific period
* Deleted information can be restored
* The Service can replace Customer’s independent backup procedures
## 13. Security
Atlariem uses reasonable measures intended to protect the Service and Customer Data.
However, no internet-based service or storage system is completely secure.
Atlariem does not guarantee that:
* Unauthorized access will never occur
* The Service will be free from vulnerabilities
* Customer Data will never be lost or exposed
* Every attack or security event will be detected
* The Service satisfies Customer’s internal security requirements
Customer is responsible for evaluating whether Atlariem’s current early-access security posture is appropriate for the information it intends to store.
Customer must not conduct penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, or other security testing without Atlariem’s prior written permission.
Security concerns may be reported to **[security@atlariem.com](mailto:security@atlariem.com)**.
## 14. Third-Party Services
The Service may interact with or contain links to third-party products, websites, payment processors, hosting services, email providers, analytics services, or integrations.
Atlariem does not control third-party services and is not responsible for:
* Their availability
* Their security
* Their privacy practices
* Their terms
* Their actions
* Data handled directly by them
Your use of a third-party service may be governed by separate terms between you and that provider.
## 15. Intellectual Property
Atlariem and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, including its:
* Software
* Source code
* Design
* User interface
* Documentation
* Branding
* Logos
* Workflows
* Visualizations
* Reports
* Templates
* Product concepts
* Underlying technology
Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no intellectual-property rights are transferred to Customer.
## 16. Feedback
You may provide suggestions, ideas, comments, feature requests, or other feedback concerning the Service.
You grant Atlariem a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use, modify, commercialize, and incorporate that feedback without restriction or compensation.
This does not give Atlariem ownership of Customer Data.
## 17. Confidentiality
During early access, Atlariem may share nonpublic information about planned features, technical designs, pricing, product strategy, or internal operations.
You agree not to disclose clearly identified confidential Atlariem information to third parties without permission.
This restriction does not apply to information that:
* Becomes public without your violation of these Terms
* Was already lawfully known to you
* Is received lawfully from another source
* Is independently developed without use of confidential information
* Must be disclosed by law
Customer Data will be handled according to these Terms and Atlariem’s Privacy Policy.
## 18. Suspension
Atlariem may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary because of:
* A violation of these Terms
* Suspected unauthorized access
* Security risks
* Unlawful activity
* Nonpayment
* Excessive or abusive usage
* Risk to the Service or another user
* A legal requirement
* Maintenance or technical emergencies
When reasonably possible, Atlariem will attempt to provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.
Immediate suspension may occur when necessary to prevent harm.
## 19. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time.
You may request account or workspace closure by contacting **[support@atlariem.com](mailto:support@atlariem.com)** or **[hello@atlariem.com](mailto:hello@atlariem.com)**.
Atlariem may end early-access participation or terminate access:
* For violation of these Terms
* For nonpayment
* For security or legal reasons
* If the Service or an early-access program is discontinued
* As otherwise permitted by an applicable written agreement
Where practical, Atlariem will provide reasonable notice before ending access for convenience.
Before termination, Customer should export any information it wishes to retain.
Following termination, Atlariem may delete Customer Data after a reasonable period unless retention is required by law or agreed to in writing.
## 20. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
ATLARIEM DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF:
* MERCHANTABILITY
* FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
* TITLE
* NON-INFRINGEMENT
* ACCURACY
* RELIABILITY
* AVAILABILITY
* SECURITY
* ERROR-FREE OPERATION
ATLARIEM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, COMPLETE, ACCURATE, OR FREE FROM ERRORS OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
## 21. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATLARIEM AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
THIS INCLUDES LOSS OF:
* PROFITS
* REVENUE
* BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
* DATA
* GOODWILL
* EXPECTED SAVINGS
* BUSINESS CONTINUITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATLARIEM’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
1. The amount Customer paid Atlariem during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
2. One hundred United States dollars if Customer used the Service without charge.
These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory asserted and even if Atlariem was advised that damages were possible.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain liability exclusions. In those jurisdictions, these limitations apply only to the extent legally permitted.
## 22. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Atlariem and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from:
* Customer Data
* Customer’s misuse of the Service
* Customer’s violation of these Terms
* Customer’s violation of law
* Customer’s infringement of another person’s rights
* Actions taken through Customer’s workspace or accounts
This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by Atlariem’s own unlawful conduct.
## 23. Changes to the Service
Atlariem may change, add, limit, or discontinue parts of the Service.
During early access, product changes may occur frequently and may be made without advance notice.
Where a change materially reduces paid functionality during an agreed fixed access period, Atlariem will attempt to provide reasonable notice or an appropriate remedy.
## 24. Changes to These Terms
Atlariem may update these Terms as the Service develops.
The updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date.
For material changes, Atlariem may provide notice through the Service, by email, or through another reasonable method.
Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
## 25. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of **[STATE]**, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in **[COUNTY, STATE]**, and each party consents to their jurisdiction.
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
## 26. General Provisions
These Terms and any applicable written agreement constitute the entire agreement concerning use of the Service.
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective.
Atlariem’s failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
Customer may not assign these Terms without Atlariem’s written consent. Atlariem may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets.
Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
Section headings are provided for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
